I work closely and collaboratively with your family to best understand your child’s strengths and address needs utilizing evidence-based strategies. I have established a well founded network of other educational and clinical professionals in the Bay Area, including psychiatrists, therapists, academic tutors, executive function coaches, and other resources, who can provide the best support for your child or adolescent.
Psychological and Educational Testing
My goal is to help you understand the profile of your child to enhance strengths and identify areas that would benefit from specific educational planning and remediation. An assessment may be needed if your child/adolescent is having difficulties in school, needs further accommodations in their academic or professional environment or needs support in pursuing daily activities. I specialize in diagnosing ADHD, specific learning disorders, and other areas of high comorbidity including Affective and Anxiety Disorders.
Individual and Family Therapy
I work with ages 5 to 18 and young adults. My clinical specialties include the treatment of trauma, disruptive and impulsive childhood behavior problems, mood and anxiety disorders. I have a strong commitment to the use of evidence-based treatments and prevention-based interventions for children at risk for these disorders.
